Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 April 2026

Short version. gozapp.dev collects nothing. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts. If you email us, we read and reply. That's it.

Who we are

GOZAPP is a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) and is the data controller for the site gozapp.dev. Full legal and contact details are on our mentions légales.

What we collect on gozapp.dev

Nothing personal. The site is a set of static HTML pages. It does not set any cookies, does not run any analytics, does not embed any third-party trackers, and does not require you to create an account.

Like any website, our hosting provider (OVH, in France) records standard technical connection logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for a short period, strictly for security and abuse-prevention purposes, as authorised by Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest).

If you email us

When you write to hello@gozapp.dev, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to you and keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful to handle the conversation and any follow-up. We never share your email with anyone and never use it for marketing.

Our apps

Each app we publish has its own privacy policy that covers its specific behaviour. In particular:

  • Hello #, iOS app for smart # cars. Your credentials stay on your device in the iOS keychain. See the Hello # privacy policy.
  • Living the Grid, browser tool. Your images are processed locally in your browser and never leave your device. See the Living the Grid privacy policy.

Your rights under the GDPR

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French "Informatique et Libertés" law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. Since we hold almost nothing, most of these rights apply only to any email you have sent us.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@gozapp.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the site works in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and bump the "last updated" date at the top. We will never introduce tracking quietly.
